Always have good service and good food here. Nothing to complain about. Huge variety of food too. Good baby seats. Lots of room for pushchairs especially outside (which is really inside). Definitely will return

Boswells cafe is amazing because the staff are friendly and they have the food and drinks that you may want to eat and drink and you can sit down with a friend to have a chat with and they also got a lot of seating inside and outside

Best Lattes in Newport. Hands down. Baristas always manage to get the strength of coffee and flavour correct and is consistent every time i go. Tastes like a flavoured Latte should.

Popped into Boswells for lunch. Atmosphere and service excellent. A wide variety of foods available. The constant clearing of tables was amazing. So many times I visit other places and the tables may be empty, but they have not been cleared. Boswells was constant in clearing, particularly one girl Named Sophia who took pride in keeping her workplace clean and welcoming. I look forward to visiting again. Cwmbran centre on the whole was very clean, with no rubbish in site. Well done Cwmbran.

Nice relaxed atmosphere and a lovely strong coffee at a good price. Perfect. Free WiFi is an added bonus allowing me to listen to a Podcast whilst supping.

This place is amazing. The food and the coffees are great. Our big point is the alternative milk (coconut) and it’s available but the difference from the mainstream cafes is the proper breakfast with vegan options and traditional select of quality dishes. The service is amazing, they’re not sticking to the menu, you can customize your breakfast. They’re smiling and being very polite and patient. They do table service for the dishes too. The place is huge with many tables and comfy sofas, chairs. Thank you so much for the 5-star experience to Hennadii and Hannah!

It was thirsty work being dragged around shopping for holiday outfits ;-) so we were tempted into Boswells by the look of their delicious smoothie poster and boy did they hit the spot! Service was fast and friendly, turned out my friend went to school with the girl who worked there, small world considering she was visiting! Lots of seating and very comfortable too. Nice and quiet so we could chat and we didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend the mango and pineapple smoothie - yum!
